I have a serious question for you

I did not have one drop of alcohol for 8 months and than bout 6 weeks ago I drink a bottle of Bailey's and had 3 long island ice teas

Does that make me an alcoholic or just an abuser of alcohol?

A few weeks ago I had 2 beers at home but nothing for nearly 3 weeks

Like I said I went 8 months without a drop of alcohol
I`d say that`s social drinking with a drunken bender thrown in occasionaly.

I went to a party for my job when I lived in Florida........I had about 8 Long Islands then told my boss that his wife was a fat fucking disgusting cow.  :D

I will make amazing transformation on my arms and delts in 12 weeks

Mark my words

I just gotta be sure the dips and chins don't thicken up my lats and pecs too much

If they do ill drop them down to 3-5 RIR so I don't grow them anymore

I want freakish arms and delts comparing to my legs and torso

Also I will see if I can get my wasit down to 25-26 inches

It was down to 27 last October
