still struggling with my hand after cutting my finger open a couple weeks ago, cant grip anything

josh. test and deca can put a combo of glyco uptake and water at those levels easy. perhaps an anti-e will help but dont knock it out altogether. say nolva 10mg Mon Wed Fri night pre bed

I did back today

straight pull 3 sets
seated row 3 sets
panatta parallel pulldown 3 sets
seated shrug (new machine in gym very good) 3 sets
facepulls 3 sets
linear upright row 3 sets


1st set high reps to warm up
2nd set aiming for 10
if i get it up weight aim for 10

keeping a note to track progress

Im diabetic, will the micro doses of steroids affect this in a bad way?

in that pic I posted I was 255, Im 60 years old and dont want to get heavier, and now Im 264, and I dont like it. I obviously train super hard, but my cardio is top notch, I can walk for an hour on the treadmill at 12% incline, I eat very well, maybe too much of a protein hog at 350 grams a day. I tape my waist and it hasnt grown 1 single bit. I dont get it, I know the scale isnt what a person should go by, but I dont want to be in the 260s, would love to be in the 230s. Maybe I need to suffer more in the food department. Bah I dont know

10 large free range eggs boiled to perfection
Several salt and vinegar rice cakes
A big bowl of oats with walnuts and pumpkin seeds and organic whole milk

2 cans of tuna mixed with a cup (uncooked measure) of white rice and a lock of olive oil
a lock of saurkraut

2 organic beef burgers grilled basted in olive oil
a lock of saurkraut
