I managed it just fine didn’t also didn’t know it was a contest as was just a mid workout set. I also just managed 315 fine I am sure I can manage 325 fine as well you should be closer to 350 then yes? Let’s see it no one gives a ruck how many reps you and Krank do it’s not an endurance contest let’s see the actual strength 315 should be easy for you it was for me

I weighed 216 yesterday morning due to a cold also that wasn’t a max and considering I had a bad pec tear and I am 45 years old that’s pretty good
