But the hernia surgery will help me do better in the Charlotte Pro next summer as my abs used to be my strong point but don't look right now with a Hernia so gettign that fixed next.

It was fun for a while. The challenges, the 4 day Melatonin meltdown, the blown contests, Josh's trip to Home Depot. It was fun. Now it's so boring even Brian barely posts anymore. People just keep bringing him up, giving him life. The contest condition isn't going to get any better. He'll tear his biceps if he strict curls any more. When Em leaves him we can have a laugh but hell nothing to see here now.

I broke the 45-49 year old 242lb record by 5 Kilograms. As you can see my lift was judged good 2 white lights. I am also literally arching my back before you guys start claiming I have a belly. No belt no wrist wraps despite both being allowed. The bar has smaller plates on inside to make it weigh 15 kilo with the clamps this is 75 kilo.

SCN is reviewing the record however I made my lift I broke the record by 5 Kilo and I won my weight class and Age group for my weight class hence 2 first place medals.

You guys complained it was a gimmick lift so I posted a bench press then all of a sudden no one benches anymore. I think I may do a full meet this next year of course the squat deadlift and Bench will all be labeled as gimmicks by getbig after that

They are reviewing the record you set BUT posted Coops results from the same event BUT they did not post your results because they are reviewing it AND on the official page it lists someone else with a heavier weight.

This doesn't make sense,.

He must have found out about the review this morning:/? He contacted a SCN official and they brought him up to speed on what's going on with this record. Coop doesn't go through this process though because hes a veteran of the game.

He already tore his right bicep at the last curl contest, he said he "tweaked" it which is why he didn't do a 3rd lift. Just like Clegg tweaked him.

And the only reason they could give him the medals is because --- NO ONE ELSE WAS IN HIS CLASS. The whole "record" was a total con job he knew from Day One! Half-Truth Hankins for the win (being reviewed).

Regardless of whether they decide to give it to him now (weeks later) after he decides to suck off Coops for it, it's a fraud.
