Abdominal surgery prep plan is to load up your gut with food and shit and fluid?  A guy who has trouble shitting decides to load up the bowels right before surgery?  Does he have a witch doctor doing this?

And he's not even having surgery to address all his intestinal issues, it's just some cosmetic BS because he thinks it hinders his lifting and bodybuilding.

Pretty interesting how the next week and couple of months will go, especially the dietary restrictions.

If bhanky was honest with his surgeon about his medical history and drug use, they wouldn’t do the procedure.

Those restrictions are for people with doctors who don't understand the concept of a nutrition cocoon.

Bhank with his stupidity is on the precipice of a major injury.

Getting this unnecessary surgery could also cause complications he isn’t aware of.

His back could be thrown out at any time I’d think too.

No matter how many drugs he takes his Dadbod isn’t going to hold up much longer.

   4.   Avoid Straining: Activities that involve heavy straining, such as heavy deadlifts or squats, may put excessive pressure on the abdomen and could potentially increase the risk of hernia recurrence.
   5.   Use Proper Technique: Ensure proper lifting technique to avoid placing unnecessary stress on the abdominal muscles.
   6.   Wait for Medical Clearance: Always follow the advice and guidelines given by your surgeon or healthcare provider regarding when it is safe to resume weight lifting and other strenuous activities.
   7.   Wear Supportive Gear: Wearing a supportive abdominal binder during exercise may provide additional stability and support for the healing abdominal muscles.”

I think he won't have an issue with strict curling, it's strict after all and uses only biceps; he didn't even need to wear a belt. Too bad his "world record" only exists in his head.

"But....but....I broke the record by 5kg...those damn haaaattteerrrrssssss"

The Surgeon turns to his team and said :

"Lets go team...this one is special.  He needs to be able to strict curl 181.398238lbs by December.  Its game time"

Midsection feels tight localalized medicine is just wearing off post surgery I had 3 soups, crackers, 2 popsicles, granola cereal, juice and even a small coke so stomach is doing better than expected. I think the umbilical was just the muscle tissue and not the actual stomach. I also only took 1 percocet and 1 high dosage advil as instructed orals are what kill my appetite. I figure keep eating even if not lifting nutrition will help me heal. Problem is they say 6 weeks no lifting so it's just going to be difficult not to lift for 6 weeks. I haven't been 6 weeks without lifting since basic training and even then I snuck across the barracks and got one day lifting in around week 5 with some 70lb dumbells and I was still doing calisthenics daily.
