Squat - 405 (below parralell at around 165 bodyweight....no more than 165 if that)
Bench Press - 300 (strict touch and go,no entire body shaking like a leaf BS

....on only 15 mgs. of Ciba D-Bol

"Cheat Curl - 150 - 5 reps at 150 pounds bdwt....slight cheat to get it started,then a very slow and controlled negative....also did 160 for 5 at 160 pounds bodyweight....they were performed with a cheat but as good as SCN guys do IMO)
1 -Arm DB Row - Would typically do multiple sets of 10 with the 100 pound DB.....tried 150 once got 5 insanely sloppy reps)
All of the above were not trained for exclusively.....,just done during regular workouts.
