Bench 315 plus
Curl 75 kilo
Bench 225 x 14
one arm rows 125lb dumbell for 10

and this was all before my Body weight peaked at 236lbs. I also stopped the real bulking when I had the hernia that is being fixed now. I know what kills my appetite and why I get run down before contest now. I have learned my lessons not to cut weight multiple times a year. My ligaments and tendons have caught up everything is primed and ready to blow up.

Not monster weight and y'all monster mad just imagine how mad you are going to be. You act like steppingstones were destinations. They were never destinations. A curl contests a bodybuilding show these are steps to regain form that is all. Me regaining peak form is what counts and perhaps even new PR and milestones to be achieved.

When you look at those numbers and combine them with your bio identical hormone levels it doesn’t add up to a big picture; it’s just a sad state of affairs.

You should avoid gorilla’s and stay focused on those new born chicks.

My all time best:

Squat - 405 (below parralell at around 165 bodyweight....no more than 165 if that)

Bench Press - 300 (strict touch and go,no entire body shaking like a leaf BS  :D ....on only 15 mgs. of Ciba D-Bol only  )

"Cheat Curl - 150 - 5 reps at 150 pounds bdwt....slight cheat to get it started,then a very slow and controlled negative....also did 160 for 5 at 160 pounds bodyweight....they were performed with a cheat but as good as SCN guys do IMO)

1 -Arm DB Row - Would typically do multiple sets of 10 with the 100 pound DB.....tried 150 once  got 5 insanely sloppy reps)

All of the above were not trained for exclusively.....,just done during regular workouts.

I`m waaaaay stronger than you Brian and I won more TROPHIES than you ever will and I will win an IFBB pro-card,plus I forgot more good pussy than you could ever dream of.  :D

It makes it harder to balance the weight (more torque about the center of the bar; Hulkotron is a physics expert) so bhanks is actually even stronger than he appears!  Although it really doesn't matter much unless your grip is very narrow.

York Iso Grips (https://yorkbarbell.com/product/iso-grip-urethane-plate/), they are/were pretty expensive plates at around $2.75 a pound when they came out.

The push on them was that they were a safe plate, you can't pinch your hands, are easy to pick up, etc.... They were marketed to high end gyms, hotels, and schools. In practice, everyone hated them.
