how much strenght have you gotten since recently assisted?170 to 200 lbs,,
You mean on the Allmax Creatine?
I went from low 190's to low 200's in body weight, and I may be somewhat wishfully thinking when I say this, but I feel like I got leaner.
Pumps are way better.
I started a Winstrol cycle in June, but someone said it scars your prostate or something, and I got scared away from it. That same guy told me Anadrol was toxic and to never do it, then a month or two ago was like "Do you still have that Newport Pharmaceuticals Anadrol left??"
Umm...dude, you scared me into giving it away.

I counted the Winstrol tablets left, and I have 46 of a 50-count bottle. But I seem to remember being on it for two weeks...so maybe 60 were in the bottle originally.
I don't consider myself "natural" [IMO, anyone who uses gear at any point is not "natural" after they stop, but CLEAN]. But I don't think my current strength is from that little dabbling in gear recently [or last year's full Anadrol cycle] because everything I'm lifting now, I've lifted at 170-lb.
The thing is...I get scared off from gear very easily.
Hypochondria.
And I don't REALLY think my current lifts scream gear.
In fact, the reason why I'm aiming for 350/450/550 [all more than I've ever lifted] is because I feel I can maintain those numbers clean, and at under 200-lb [I think 185-lb would be good, because my face is a bit too fat my tastes @200, and I also want to be faster].
I'm not saying those numbers will be EASY at 185-lb clean, but I DO think they will be possible.
But at 200, no problem.
To answer the question: How much strength did I gain from 170-lb to 200-lb, while on gear at 200, the answer is:
I have never trained for strength on gear.
Injury concerns + when I use gear, it's to look better.
How strong could I have been?
Good question...
Maybe MAX 600 deadlift @200 while ON juice?
I'm talking about a longer period use of gear, and explicitly training for MAX strength until I absolutely plateau.
IMO, I feel I could deadlift 550 @200 on juice. Heck, I think I can do that clean @200!
Maybe somewhere between 550-600 with longer term juice use at 200 body weight?
IMO, juice + heavy training = injuries, due to muscles growing out of proportion with your tendons and ligaments [supporting infrastructure].
Whereas, natural strength training makes everything grow more linearly!
That's why I'm apprehensive about training for strength while on gear.
But now that I've been called out and am calling people out, perhaps I will go on something.
