Impressive!  I think I could edge her out on the bench but she'd win the total easy.

Got 500 today on deadlift.

It wasn't my hardest pull - but by no means my easiest either.

I will pull 525-lb next week, then cool it with the max singles until I'm confident pulling 550. Hopefully I can get that 550 in the 11 weeks I have before the contest ends.

I'm pleased with this, and I'm pretty confident I will get that 550 pull by January 1st. Not absolutely certain - but pretty confident.

This.

This endless cycle is fascinating.

Bhanks caused Matt to go over the edge which in turn fueled his work out which caused bigger lifts which caused Bhanks to melt which in turn caused him to attack Matt which pushed Matt further and intensified his work outs to lift heavier weights that caused Bhanks to lose his mind (and brag about how small he is off the drugs) and attack Matt’s lifts…….

Now JPJ and Walter are creating another storm.

I am happy Matt improved his lifts.  I can’t go heavy and my stomach is bothering me so I have just been leaning out. I am not just losing size. I am not small. I have more detail. I am leaner and drier I will be lifting heavier the next couple weeks you guys started this challenge while I was recovering from surgery.

I have real knowledge to share. I also want to coach my son someday and honestly no one else wants the job so I have that going for me

But yeah I think it would be fun to get the kids hyped up teach them some technique then watch them go get after it he’ll yeah I know it’s lame to everyone else but I like that stuff

But yeah I also like the sound of Coach Hankins Trainer of Champions
Good luck with this but honestly how long do you think it will take before you are threatening to kill a referee or parent of another kid?

I think I would be a great coach if they don’t want me that’s their loss I applied

I do think I will make a better coach at 210lbs than 230lbs I am more mobile it is a much more athletic weight for me

Cool story, JustPlaneJane! 👋

None of that happened.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

🙋‍♀️ < What a dumb shit, posting this.  ;D

Oh man, I can't even concentrate in the gym because I think about this and cry laughing. 😂

But it's actually good - one utterly moronic claim has shot the credibility of the JustPlaneJane, Walter Sobchak, and Les Grossman accounts in one fell swoop.

I wonder - was it worth it? To claim utterly preposterous unproven - and by definition, unprovable, since it never happened - horseshit to try to score credit or credibility here, only to lose it all to any and all thinking member as a result?

Seems strange, IMO.

But Walter Sobchak knows full well that he can't beat me at any lift, even with +70-lb body weight. So he had the choice to stay anonymous, or build credibility by lying - and now gets exposed as a fraud because of it.

So maybe the point is - he took a chance? Being conservative [both politically AND personally], I would never take a risk that big. So in a weird way, I sort of admire it.

And hey - the Walter Sobchak, JustPlaneJane, and Les Grossman accounts all being exposed as frauds only helps me in my little squabble with all three.  :)

Matt how have all 3 accounts been exposed??
Have missed something.

What makes you think Walter/ Jane / Les are all the same person ??

You are most likely right. I was wondering how he would act when a referee makes a call that goes against his son or if heaven forbid his son gets beat will he be over there threatening the kids father for cheering for his son.

how much strenght have you gotten since recently assisted?170 to 200 lbs,,

You mean on the Allmax Creatine?

I went from low 190's to low 200's in body weight, and I may be somewhat wishfully thinking when I say this, but I feel like I got leaner.

Pumps are way better.

I started a Winstrol cycle in June, but someone said it scars your prostate or something, and I got scared away from it. That same guy told me Anadrol was toxic and to never do it, then a month or two ago was like "Do you still have that Newport Pharmaceuticals Anadrol left??"

Umm...dude, you scared me into giving it away.  ::)

I counted the Winstrol tablets left, and I have 46 of a 50-count bottle. But I seem to remember being on it for two weeks...so maybe 60 were in the bottle originally.

I don't consider myself "natural" [IMO, anyone who uses gear at any point is not "natural" after they stop, but CLEAN]. But I don't think my current strength is from that little dabbling in gear recently [or last year's full Anadrol cycle] because everything I'm lifting now, I've lifted at 170-lb.

The thing is...I get scared off from gear very easily.
Hypochondria.
And I don't REALLY think my current lifts scream gear.

In fact, the reason why I'm aiming for 350/450/550 [all more than I've ever lifted] is because I feel I can maintain those numbers clean, and at under 200-lb [I think 185-lb would be good, because my face is a bit too fat my tastes @200, and I also want to be faster].

I'm not saying those numbers will be EASY at 185-lb clean, but I DO think they will be possible.

But at 200, no problem.

To answer the question: How much strength did I gain from 170-lb to 200-lb, while on gear at 200, the answer is:

I have never trained for strength on gear.

Injury concerns + when I use gear, it's to look better.

How strong could I have been?

Good question...
Maybe MAX 600 deadlift @200 while ON juice?

I'm talking about a longer period use of gear, and explicitly training for MAX strength until I absolutely plateau.

IMO, I feel I could deadlift 550 @200 on juice. Heck, I think I can do that clean @200!

Maybe somewhere between 550-600 with longer term juice use at 200 body weight?

IMO, juice + heavy training = injuries, due to muscles growing out of proportion with your tendons and ligaments [supporting infrastructure].

Whereas, natural strength training makes everything grow more linearly!

That's why I'm apprehensive about training for strength while on gear.

But now that I've been called out and am calling people out, perhaps I will go on something.

Absolutely once you have taken any Anabolics ever you are not e legit natty ever again.

I agree.

You can call yourself "clean", but not "natural".

I have benched 340 and deadlifted 510 @170, so I feel I can get stronger than that @200, just being bigger/fatter.

I'm weight-bullying my old personal records.  ;D

But I'm also 42 - I don't want to pull anything.

That's why I'm holding back maybe 3-5% on my max lifts.

I don't want to do my ACTUAL max [MAYBE 355 bench right now, and 530 ugly deadlift].

If rather hold back a tiny bit, while not risking getting hurt.

I'm a middle aged man now. Not a 25-year-old kid, even though I may feel that way.

Hmm...I think B. Hank's arms could be 16-17"+.

Fair play to him - his physique is much better than mine, and I'll give him props for that. It's just not what my call-out was about, but I'm cool saying he looks better than me.
