Thanks Webs.........that`s what bodybuilding in all about......creating an illusion of size.......being so lean that the muscles stand out in bold relief and hence you project the illusion of extra size......especially for a smaller guy like myself.

In Hanyks pic above he has more Chins than a Chinese phone book and his plan is to hit 245 and compete at that bodyweight....whereas he should be just training to compete at whatever weight he looks best at..... but "Looks Best at" is very subjective with Brian as he has no clue.........just thinks in terms of bodyweight and arm size.
