Even unflexed after a meal the abs are still visible these days.  It’s not just my body fat I have brought my waist circumference noticeable down. It’s really not complicated you buy pants based on what fits your heaviest weight sitting down with a full belly and a shirt tucked in. However when you are in mad shape like I am currently they fall off. I have had those jeans for 20 years they used to be tight but now my midsection is tight and they are loose.
