I am going to pick the bar up off the ground 10 times it’s a set for reps. It’s Actually harder not to drop it on the negative but whatever it doesn’t matter what I do it won’t count for one reason or the other. No reset weight touched, weight didn’t touch, I wore a belt, I had an over under grip, I bent my knees, I didn’t bend my knees, the bar was too far away from my shins, my feet looked funny, I wore a shirt, I leaned forward, I leaned backward, I passed gas, I breathed whatever. I am just going to pick the weight up 10 times you guys can argue about why it doesn’t count pick a reason not my issue
