Are you kidding?  The (upper, outer) pecs are one of the best spots to inject.  Quads have always been painful for me, so I used to alternate pec and delt injections pretty frequently.  Triceps, too, but I stopped because I've heard that people who do arm injections can get nerve damage.

Pec injections can look scary, especially if you're a smaller guy, but they've always been smooth for me, and I've never had a single complication.

These days I just do TRT SC.

I think he's doing some variation of a lateral raise, not a shoulder press.

He's doing "Arnold Presses".

I think the heaviest weight I've ever seen Arnold using on shoulder presses is 165 on behind the neck presses.  There's a photo of him doing a jerk when he was younger doing more weight than that but it seems he never really went heavy on the shoulder presses.

i've discovered that after 250 mgs of test i lose shape and aesthetic so i'll never run more than 250 test ever again

so i'll ject 125 mon and thurs and take orals

now i ject ace ed but that will be finished soon and i'll go back to dbol, drol or var, all those work very well for me

dbol sweet spot is 20 mgs var is 30 mgs maybe even 20 mgs, if i get drol i'll take half a tab

more gear doesn't work better for aesthetics, and yeah i believe that those 70's 80's guys were really using not more than 500 mgs a week

the GOAT claimed 200 deca every 10 days and 20-25 mgs dbol

i know peeps will say mentzer injected 300 mgs npp eod but the guy who claimed this larry pollack recently said 500 mgs total is enough
