Lol. He says he doesn’t care what anyone thinks of him but he posts all day long. I’m wondering what the heck is going on.  ???

I was trying to pay you a compliment about your knowledge of potential diagnoses here - wasn't suggesting you were the narcissist LOL sorry - guess I fudged it

Careful Dave, he might bend over, stagger forward and try to hug you to the floor

Hankins maybe putting in a last minute flood of posts for the golden thing?

Imagine if hat his life is like that he posts all of his nonsense, gets caught in numerous lies, throws them back and denies he said it in the manner quoted; has photographic and video evidence of events and says they are shopped, edited and spliced; is constantly ridiculed yet still posts here.

I realize he trolls on a lot of stuff but there’s a part of me that believes he thinks he is this charming, well rounded, exile “tough” guy.

It’s odd he keeps coming back to this.

Side note, I’ve referred to him as a woman beater once and apologized because, to his point no charges stuck, but his behavior here is consistent with every domestic abuser I’ve ever dealt with; which after 1 is to many.

Grape Ape, 3 months in the walking boot or healing of a broken foot seems a little bit “excessive”, were there complications with the break ?

Did you require surgery and hardware for the break repair ?

Obviously if you don’t want to post about the details that is fine. Hope you are doing well and the injury and recovery are behind you.

Yes - complications.  First, it was a sesamoid bone in the ball of the foot, and the bone is a floater.  It's a tough spot with minimal blood flow, and it's notorious for being a frustrating bone to heal.  Second, I didn't know it was broken unitl two months after it happened and I had been playing baseball 3x a week on it (I thought I had a strained tendon or turf toe).  Third, I decided to play out the last month before the boot because I'm an idiot.

All in all, a bad spot, and I didn't help myself at all.  If it did not heal, sometimes the solution is to remove it.  The bone is like a kernel of corn....floating in jello, so every time it moves, the bone isn't healing.

Look at the bloat in his face and his arm is completely gone

Do you think you flipped the images? Meaning, the one that’s supposed to be the older one is a newer one? There’s no way somebody can regress this badly so quickly.

All it shows is that drugs work.

By the way, which of your doctors prescribed you the HGH?  We all recall how your hernia surgeon declined writing you a script.  You only take things that are prescribed for your ailments....right?

So you admit I put you to shame thanks about time

up until a few weeks ago all you ever talked about meat wise was sausage

I bet your entire posting history doesnt contain the word "steak"

I eat meat every single meal and I have done so for 30 straight years other than breakfast it is primarily beef

The gaslighting and out right lying. We have a video of his fight with Clegg and his description of what took place is not what the video shows. He said he walked through his punches….. lol

The beef you get from the food court at the mall is covered in syrup sauces sweet and sour etc. It is not a good diet.

really?

Your post history mentions sausage , burgers and bacon

Try and find any evidence of you eating steak prior to your last shopping trip

Ahhhh…a sesamoid fracture that mimics turf toe, got it.

Hopefully all is well now and surgery won’t be required.

I appreciate it.

Starting with just walking around the house for a week and then will ramp up.  Very light deadlifts today.

Still hurts to be honest, but the bone is healed.  Pain is fine to me if I know it's not injuring anything....could just be lack of use or scar tissue breaking up.

If you are talking about the sesamoid bones off the distal aspect of the 1st metatarsal, the pain could be stemming from tendonopathy of the flexor hallicus.

Also it is now 10am and despite having sausage and cheese danish for breakfast I am painfully hungry awaiting my pizza to finish cooking.  Body is back in anabolic state I am so hungry I am in pain

My total cholesterol is 137 so no I am not worried about it in the least. I use prime rib burger patties.

I added mozzarella cheese to this 3 meat Red Baron pizza. I am actually pretty hungry this will go down easy.  Probably last meal of the day.

So in Summary

sausage and waffles with coffee
Chest workout
chocolate ice cream shake with a shot of expresso
2 double cheeseburgers and a big mac fruit punch
Turkey Sandwich
6 chicken legs gatorade
1 pumpkin cookie
chocolate ice cream shake
Sauna
Prime Rib Cheeseburger on a potato roll with ketchup and mustard
One Red Baron 3 meat pizza extra cheese added

Repetitive movements are okay, but don’t load the ball of the foot with too much weight and absolutely no jumping up/down on it. You don’t want to risk further injury and potentially avascular necrosis.

So for now, as tempting as it may seem, try to refrain from jumping on the Hanky bandwagon.
