Has no one but myself ever given consideration to a form of "H.I.T." that uses high reps with light weight and say, 5 sets (regular or superset) per bodypart to achieve results without the danger of tearing your tendons off the bone?
Perhaps no more than 4 times per week? I have given it enough consideration and after tomorrow's doctor appointment and if I am given the okay, I shall give this as serious an effort as I can muster. I have not been this week in decades but given my physical ailments it is to be expected.
I think it can work as I never used heavy weights in the squat, leg press, leg extension or leg curl and I became very strong on those movements but then I was much, much younger. I could be wrong and all because of my health but who knows? It may work. We
ALL know the likelihood that every "champ" of the last 60 or so years took drugs and as the decades flew by the caution used in taking AAS flew out the window. Anyone can get really HUGE on volume or H.I.T. just by taking a ridiculous amount of drugs. Think not? Paul Dillett.

It is a big appointment for me tomorrow. If I am forbidden to train, I will try to abide by their otherwise idiotic mandate (no, bhanky. Not a "man date" you trollop).
Wes, my brother. What do you think of this? Any other remarks are more than welcome including those that are hilarious. I have no idea what to expect tomorrow. Thank you, lads!
