He said eat 5-10% above maintenance and get 1.5 grams of protein for pound and the rest from carbs he says you'll get enough fat from your protein sources
He also said if you are getting soft and gaining fat you need to up the dose but he also said if he gained 3 pounds of muscle with 9 pounds of fat in 9 months on gear and GH that would be very good gaining 3 pound of fat per one pound of muscle gain WTF that's fucking shitty
He says run test low and fill the rest with shitty mast he said eq and primo are bad choices coz they lower estrogen goo much and therefore require one to use more toxic test
He says mast is the cleanest and more benign of all gear and primo fucks.your liver
I asked him how much test to run with deca and he said 20 mgs injected every day he said your a dipshit if you don't inject everyday as it's the smartest and safest way to do it coz it keeps the hormone levels more stable
Some really good info except mast sucksass for me and I will not tolerate gaining 3 pounds of fat for.every pound of.muslce
