Why are you watching videos from Special Forces guys?
Late reply. I think they are interesting from a psychological standpoint, they have a lot of psych issues but thrive in certain environments. I don't share those characteristics and never had any similar aspirations.
apart from weight training can you think of any other activity where someone puts a weight behind thei neck and bends their knees to 45 degrees?
And are there any two legged animals in the wild who add weight and squat down?
Its a totally unnatural activity
Kids piggybacking on each other?

Boys might also try to lift or shift heavy rocks or tree branches if say they are playing out in the woods or whatever.
I don't really think there's such a thing as a natural or unnatural movement patterns. There may be safer or less safe movement patterns but for example if you pick up a piece of trash off the ground most don't think of optimal ergonomics.
I saw a video where some thought Jason Blaha completely destroyed his shoulders with chins.
I know trainers who say any overhead lifts are "unnatural" and dangerous.
There's the "knees over toes" guy. Many years ago some thought his squatting and movement patterns were dangerous. Others thought squatting knees over toes cured their knee problems.
Some think the spine should be kept neutral at all times when loaded. Others think it's good to strengthen end ranges so they include some light rounded back lifting.
