I have a torn pec, two titanium knees, and a digestive disease. All things considering I think I am making improvements and doing well. I will figure out how not to stress the body contest time and avoid a flare up. I will get the pec fixed this winter and look into the shoulder as well. Additionally I will build a better gym with more back and leg training equipment this next month. I still have plenty of time left to win a few more shows. But more importantly I am going to add more muscle and strength and stability to play with my son snowboard and wrestle with him until I am 90 because that is the real goal here.

After his last show, myself and others tore into him for having zero abs definition on stage. Not a single picture from any of his contest pics show any abs definition. He couldn't use the" bad pics" and "mid pose" excuse as there are like 100 stage pics and zero showing ab definition. He had a meltdown and posted non stop ab shots for like a week.

Dairya and all the other stuff were just him getting his excuses in early as he knew he'd fucked up with his midsection again.

According to the Judges. I get it sportsmanship is important. Not making excuses and just doing better next time is important. But that's bullshit and that is from final I was tighter in the abs in the prejudging there is no way he won those comparisons. But congrats to him its not really about placing anyway it is just about getting a little extra motivation to train a little more.  I am improving I am happy with that I will make it undeniable next time.
