I am 198lbs this morning and yes I am still very sick. I can not leave the house as I have to run to the bathroom on a minutes notice. I started having night time diarea 2 days prior it has gotten much worse. I am eating and drinking as much as possible but not digesting or holding onto much. People get sick and lose weight I am still 220lbs solid when healthy. Right now I am sick.

There is no fucking way that dude beats me in prejudging. The night time show you are moving around quickly half in and out of poses. At prejudgin you are holding the pose net to the other person there is no fucking way that dude beats me. These local contest are horsehit I will not do another local show. My wife has had to sleep in the other room the last few days. I can not leave the house. It has never been this bad before. And yeah it is painful and there is blood. But whatever I will get better and I will be back. I will fix the pec and the shoulder and lift heavier and get bigger Fuck the haters

It may be the summer after next as I need to fully recover from the pec repair and that could take time but I am not cutting weight again. I will compete at a full 235lbs next time out

You can’t. You aren’t qualified for open and you have to have done a Masters competition in the year prior to the Nationals/NA/USA/Team U.
