id love to see him try and hit 250..hasnt made a gain in 25 years but its gonna happen at 46? with crohns supposedly lol? ive personally seen a couple guys try blowing up in their 40s.. both got fucked pretty bad heath wise.. and were in much better shape to begin with than dwarf head.

That bolded part is key here. In order to get to 250, he'd have to up the calories, up the dose, up the weights and do more than just a couple of sets per body part. He doesn't have what it takes, he will fail miserably.
