Incorrect that is not exactly how it works. If you are 200lbs and 10 percent bodyfat you have 20lbs of fat. If you add 10lbs of fluid and nitrous into the muscles you are now 210lbs you still have the same 20lbs of fat. You would now be 9.5% bodyfat at 210lbs. So yes adding weight that is not fat will lower your bodyfat percentage just like losing weight that is not fat will raise it aka water. However at the higher bodyweight your fat percentage is still lower. At 238lbs I am sub 8% according to the scale.

Here is a pic from 9 days ago at about 225lbs. I am nowhere near 17% lol again I am holding fluid now which smooths things out and have food in my belly  but fluid is not fat. I still don't have any damn fat on me. When I drop back down I will be leaner than I was before. When will this board realize I know what I am doing???

Do you know how hard I had to work to finally get my 43 year old body to bloat and grow again? You think the scale just started moving because I drank more fluids?  And you can still see my damn obliques at 238lbs.

You guys want to argue who is the best 205lbs meanwhile I am heading to 240

The ankles have cured themselves overnight notice this is 36 hours since I weighed in at 238lbs.Obviously I no longer weigh 238lbs as I dropped the water. Again short mini bulks is how I gain weight. Add 10lbs lose 8 again and again hell I was 224 this am waking dropped too much water rehydrating now. But when I tried to explain originally I would go up and down 20lbs every week people laughed said made no sense. Well it does make sense this is how you force the body to grow. Not 500 calories extra a day train hard then pig out until you are sick with food. Then give the body a day or 2 to digest and reset then do it again. You have to aggressively push the body if you want it to grow.

Sorry guys have been in bed since 4 have not eaten not feeling well have dropped a lot of water

Body needs a day to get back to normal not feeling well today wanted to drop 10lbs of fluid body dropped 20 and I feel like death

It started as a tendon going into the middle of the elbow but then the pain spread to the outside of the elbow and was bad when I hit a golf ball. Anyway going to have to rest it. Ordered elbow sleeve and hooks

I have been trying to bulk for 20 years and I am not fat yet. Again I do not believe I am capable of getting fat. My body will get sick and my digestive system will break down before I can get fat.

Ok well my first show I cut too much I am going to come in fuller next time I am currently 225-230 and honestly think my legs look better. It has also only been 12 days I think I can absolutely come in at a full 225lbs with fuller legs next time. That is the goal the only person I am competing against is me and I set the bar low. I can beat the light heavyweight version next time out as a Heavy. But again the point is legs look better already I know what I need to do next time out to improve come in fuller I am already fuller. Meanwhile everyone says no way you can come in as a Heavy without looking like a slob bullshit I am a heavy now and look better.

There are not going to be weekly updates arguing about my waist I dont give a fuck I am going to 250lbs even if it means eating cake and drinking soda all day. I am going to get there one way or the other. But yeah no rush just going to add a couple pounds a week.

bottom line with hankins is this

So the question becomes house with the best gym setup 1.5 miles from commercial gym and fast food or house with no gym setup but 1/2 mile from commercial gym and fast food??

I am looking at houses near high calorie food as well that is important when I eat at home I don't get as much calories it is important to have some high calorie restaurants nearby

So if you're in no rush, why not take a methodical approach to adding clean calories and push things using a carb cycling approach, i.e. a Justin Harris approach? It works.

Dude, I'm inside 2 weeks of my competition and his posts are the only thing outside of my wife and my quarterly bonus that have brought a sincere smile to my face! Granted, I only "discovered" him a few weeks ago (although being in NC, I have probably seen him and don't remember it), but I hope he NEVER leaves!
