Yeah I was 200lbs on stage and 215lbs the time before that both times cut way too much weight and actually lost condition. But whatever you guys will say I need to lose 20lbs no matter how much weight I lose no thanks done with that. The best i have ever looked was at 235lbs I am bulking fuck your anorexic bullshit

Lowering the dose and getting fat is not bulking.

Or are you going to add in a winter powerlifting program ? Concentrate on the “Big Three” lifts, which you can only lift 225 lb squats, 255 lb bench, and 280 lb deadlift.  While on a gram a week - absolutely embarrassing.

You don’t understand the physiology and objective behind bulking. You are proving it, you were 235 lbs walking around weight, or close to 245 lbs after eating and training. Or so claim.

A true “bulk” (caloric increase) for increasing overall size and strength for you would be 275 - 285 lbs, not 250 lbs. At 250 lbs you would only be 5 lbs above where you have already been.

hes always in rear of an achievement or any success is just over the horizon.
His failures are just glossed over as he wasnt his best or he was robbed.
His one show which he placed first he thought he had won the Olympia (The Cup) and he was a bag of shit, he now claims it was loading water and eating too much.
He had an ass as sloppy as Oprahs
He throws money at everything because hes never had to earn money, he knows the cost of everything but the value of nothing.

He would sooner have a first place medal competing on his own than placing in a good line up of competitors
He must spend hours looking at past poorly attended shows before he makes his selection.

Turned up at strict curl weighing 210 saw there was no one in the under 242 catagory so threw on a load of clothes and a gallon of gatorade so he could compete on his own and even claimed a world record, the daft kunt still thinks he has that world record even though he knew he was competing in a tested event and they wouldnt count anything he did.

He thinks superheavyweight bodybuilders are walking around at 235/240, shit most of those guys are 300 in the offseason.

I cant wait to see his BP readings once he gets to 240/50, they are off the fucking charts at 200

You give yourself way too much credit. Accomplish something for ONCE, bulk to 275 lbs and bench 405 lbs and squat 600 lbs, or stay in the basement doing leg extensions hankins181.

You are claiming you were 235 lbs earlier this year…and in the same sentence brag about doing a 10 rep squat set with 225 lbs and 6-8 reps with 280 lbs on the deadlift.

If I had 2 pecs I would be benching 405lbs you dumb bitch. I pressed 350lb for a double after my 2nd tear. I have had 3 tears now. I am going to get it fixed this fall then we can talk about how much I bench next summer. You just keep making shit up I did 10 reps with 315lbs 6 months ago. I squatted 225 for 10 2 years ago.  I do multiple sets of 10 with that now at a 210lb bodyweight. I absolutely plan to be lifting heavy once I start the bulk. I am still recovering right now from being sick I will start the next training log in about a week.

I dont need to bulk to 275lbs the most I have ever stepped on a scale is 238lbs so 250 is 12lbs heavier not 5 you non math doing bitch

He spent 4k on a silly trike and used it 7 times, now he doesnt plan on doing anything that will burn calories so he can get the most out of his "bulk"
