If I had 2 pecs I would be benching 405lbs you dumb bitch. I pressed 350lb for a double after my 2nd tear. I have had 3 tears now. I am going to get it fixed this fall then we can talk about how much I bench next summer. You just keep making shit up I did 10 reps with 315lbs 6 months ago. I squatted 225 for 10 2 years ago.  I do multiple sets of 10 with that now at a 210lb bodyweight. I absolutely plan to be lifting heavy once I start the bulk. I am still recovering right now from being sick I will start the next training log in about a week.

I dont need to bulk to 275lbs the most I have ever stepped on a scale is 238lbs so 250 is 12lbs heavier not 5 you non math doing bitch

For an adult? No. Winning is a win.
I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, FAR better than when I got my Pro Card. But unless he can't find the venue, I'm going up to Pittsburgh in 12 days for Scooby to kick my ass. That will not be a win. I'll be thrilled with how I look, but I'm not 11, so that would be a loss.
