The buyers of our home picked September 4th as their settlement date I didn't select that date. But as such I picked the 6th as settlement on the new house.  We then have 3 weeks lease back and want as much time as possible to move so yeah we are closing 2 days later. I have been trying to sell my house for months you think driving to Raleigh to meet up with no one on a wild goose chase should take priority? Are you fucking dumb?
