Although the one we are buying is 400 square feet larger which is guess is the office ours also has a two story living room. Other than that yeah it looks the same. Are you telling me that is not a gorgeous new home? I have not measured the driveway but ours seems wider but sho know.

Hanky we give you crap about your current house but there is some wow factor with it being on the water with a pool overlooking the view. It is dated but you can remedy that. I think this new house is a mistake. Sure, it cost the same but it's a cookie cutter looking suburban house. You won't have the space for all your toys. You're downgrading to become just like everyone else.

If you say so I see brand new clean everything with warranties. I thought the maximum capital loss is $3000 per year unless you’re talking about tax loss harvesting which is different.

Edit: upon further research, it sounds like what I mentioned is for offsetting ordinary income. Did these losses come from trading leveraged products/futures/options?
