Why does Ronnie Coleman always wave his hands in the air like a spaz when he walks on stage? Am I the only person who finds it annoying? He does it all the fucking time either when he is called out or walks on stage.

P.S. Chris Cormier and Flex Wheeler look as though they love each other in that vid. I find it funny that rap artists are always trying to make out that black guys are the toughest men on earth with their pimping, drug dealing, killing etc., but in reality they are the more effeminate race. Checkout the vid.

I don't think you can say which race is the toughest from looking at that video. All races show some kind of friendship everywhere they go. Again, why are we talking about race and rappers here?

They are BIGGER than his arms. And also make his quads look shitty, thats not balance. If you have calves that big then your quads should match them.

Hey bro, you look like you know a lot about bodybuilding!!!! Thanks for the tip.

ronnie's four pack and no existent calves greatly contribute to how great he looks in the front relaxed pose.

Front relaxed looks pretty good.

I think you're just used to seeing all the unbalanced legs in bodybuilding now, that balanced legs seem wrong.

Um, calves are supposed to be the same size as your arms. I guess that being unbalanced is in now? Or the sad state of bodybuilders calves nowadays has corrupted your mind?

the judges don't care about the greek ideal - to pull an ND: show me where in the judging criteria it says anything about the "greek ideal"

if your calves are bigger than your arms, then your arms are too small..

His quads were shaped differently, but they didn't suck. Hid them? How did he hide them?

by flexing his inner thigh instead of the more traditonal extended quad shot in the ab and thigh shot.

It would be like hitting a back double bi and not extending and flexing the calf.

the judges should have asked him to extend his quad and flex.

Hahah. In your opinion, yet again. Show me where, in the judging ideal, it says your calves need to be smaller than your arms. This is a recent trend, because for it seems like they either can't, or don't, train their calves.

And by saying more traditional, you post a pic of 2003? Show me pre-1993 pics where everyone is posing like Ronnie, then I will concede that to you.

His arms and calves both measured 22" in the off-season. You need to get your facts straight before posting.

if dorian's arms measured 22 inches in the off season then how big were Ronnie's?

26 inches?  8)

this has always been the traditional way.

It says so right in the criteria, along with no Goddamn mention of the Greek Ideal! :-*

Abdominals and Thighs (see Figure 7)
Standing face front to the judges, the competitor will
place both arms behind the head and will place one leg
forward
. He will then contract the abdominal muscles by
55
“crunching” the trunk slightly forward. At the same time,
he will contract the thigh muscles of the forward leg.
The judge will survey the abdominal and thigh muscles,
and then conclude with the head-to-foot examination.

Uh, last time I checked, he has his leg forward. It doesnt say the leg must be extended straight out, anywhere in there.
BTW, Where are your pre-93 ab thigh pics to prove that Ronnie's way is traditional?

you can find hundreds of pics if you like:

it has always been the traditonal way, at least since the 70's..

Ronnie had more than 2 perfect scores:

1999
2000
2003
2004

it is you that are owned.

You should really , really do some research before you start trying to own people , because when you don't do research you leave yourself open for an serious OWNING

2004 Mr Olympia was 24 to 21 ! thats NOT straight firsts slick !  ;)

I dont jugde by measurements, I jugde by visual. Bodybuilding is all about illusion, and his calves look bigger than his arms.

And there are so many different ways to measure a bodypart to make it sound bigger without looking it.

You're like Hulkster you know very little , does his arms look smaller than his calves now?

He's flexing his entire legs !! and I'm surprised that you still have the balls to claim Dorian has weak quads its such a pathetic and empty claim , Royalty who seen Ronnie & Dorian live and in person said you're out of your fucking-mind if you think Dorian had crappy quads !! the only real problem with Yates is his upper separation , other than that his quads at his best are fantastic , period , and his legs blow Ronnie's out of the water in terms of proportion & balance , so stick to that ridiculous claim you internet-fan-boy  ;)
