I've ALWAYS said that Yates wins in terms of density & dryness-one of the all-time best in this regard, and something Coleman never excelled at. On density and calves Yates was excellent!

The only problem is everything else:

-Taper
-Shape
-Size
-Overall cuts
-Vascularity
-Arms
-Lat width
-Thigh size
-Delts
-Waist-Ron never had the waist width & blockiness, even with a gut!!

  Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! The only advantages Ronnie had over Dorian were taper and quad detail. And only at the 98 and 99 Os. Even when it comes to detail, the 93 O Dorian destroys the 99 O Ronnie in many areas. I find it amazing that the Ronnie supporters say Dorian lacks upper back detail, because tha's one area where his level of details was superb!

if mediocre, no arm, no quad shots like this represent the "best" of dorian yates, then it should really explain to you why there are two members out of the entire board that support him in this debate.


dorian's best is simply not good enough against Ronnie at his peak.

  No quad? You must be craaaaaaaaaaazy! He ight not have the overbloated, disproportionally developed quads Ronnie had at the 2003 and 2004 Os, but they're clearly very massive.

this is the pose that Dorian will supposedly obliterate Ronnie in. And as we can see, Dorian is hiding his quads to cover up his huge flaw. And Ronnie holds up surprisingly well.

  No way, dude. Dorian is clearly more etched, denser, dryer than Ronnie in this abs-and-thighs comparison. He also has better sructural balance and taper. The fact that you won't even give dorian the abs-and-thighs pose goes to show that you're a complete fanatic.
