maybe in your opinion, but not in the IFBB, this has been shown over and over in contest results.

For example, look at the 95 Arnold Classic. Flex lost to Francios...not due to inferior shape (as Flex has the best shape of all-time, pre-synthol of course), but rather becuase of condition. Flex was way off in 95 compared to 93.

what good is conditioning if there is no detail? Dorian might have been dryer than Ronnie, but he lacked separations and striations. The Dorian nuthuggers also like to claim that shape doesn't matter. You might as well give the trophy to a bowling ball.

I'm sure the audiences couldn't have been thrilled with some of Yates' wins considering that he didn't dominate many of them in cases where the deserving winners were unjustly denied.

As well, I have never heard the crowd unhappy after Dorian being awarded 1st place. Even in 94, where your side claims the most controversy, Dorian still received a great applause upon winning. The same cannot be said about Ronnie. 2001 Ronnie loses the prejudging, yet still wins the contest 2002, He comes in flatter and smaller than a pancake with the gut of his 287lb version and still wins? Now that is taking away from a more deserving winner, Levrone, who spent his entire career busting his ass.

Dorian was always more dominant than Coleman. In fact, Coleman's career was basically predicated upon what other bodybuilders did. If Dorian had not retired in 98 or if Flex came in shape Coleman would not have won. Both men at 100%, Flex beats Ronnie.

Oh really? Every piece of objective evidence we have backs up my statement. We have video confiming the crowd's approval of Dorian and disapproval of Ronnie (2002, thunderous booing), scoresheets to confirm the dominance of Yates, and the simple fact that Ronnie was gifted in 2002. Dorian at 274lbs would have drarfed him. And amazingly, even at his worst, and at 274lbs @ 2% BF, Dorian still had a better midsection than ANY version of Coleman
