Ronnie was hard as nails in '99. Dorian's whole arm-to-shoulder area was softer than Ronnie's there. Look at Ronnie's most muscular and front double bi from '99. Hard as nails, defined to hell, all that stuff. Dorian has a naturally harder chest, but it's never been as cross striated as Ronnie's. Likewise Ronnie's calves haven't been as big as Dorian's.
