you can't isolate the triceps without looking at the ENTIRE arm and DELTS for that matter. dorian has slightly better triceps, but, to quote his fellow countrymen over on youtube.com, dorian has "rubbish arms" LOL

It would be interesting the timing of that quote.
The way it's worded makes it seem like it was said PRE CONTEST, at the meeting.
