Hulkster, we're talking about measurements here, and the eyes can fool you. Ronnie has smaller joints than Dorian, so his muscles naturally appear bigger in realtion to Dorian's than they really are. What I'm aguing here are these two facts: Dorian had 21" arms at his best and Ronnie had 23" circa 2003 Olympia. This means that Ronnie's arms in 1999 were 21" or 22", because they were clearly smaller than in 1999.

I believe Ronnie was being humble when he said that. It doesn't look good when a champion bodybuilder says "I'm the best this and that." Almost every Mr. Olympia has acknowledged a former Mr. Olympia in some regard.
