Those blood pressure numbers are really good, especially considering they were taken on the day of your surgery when you might be feeling some anxiety. Did the doctor give you something to calm your nerves?
Your high BMI is most likely due to muscle and not fat, however, you might consider lowering you BMI for overall better health.
A healthy body mass index (BMI) for adults is generally between 18.5 and 24.9:
Underweight: Less than 18.5
Healthy weight: 18.5 to less than 25
Overweight: 25 to less than 30
Obesity: 30 or greater
