Odd question for me, and might be difficult to answer, but what questions would you think to ask if you weren't "you"?
Meaning what are the basics one can ask to interview a PT if they don't have your level of knowledge?
1) What is the primary demographic of your patients?
2) Which of your PT's are sport based and what sports do they have the most experience with?
3) (after looking at bio of the staff and choosing one to speak to) Have you ever worked with someone with my condition?
4) Have you worked with my surgeon before? What sort of communication do you use with surgeons/PA's
5) Besides exercise, what other metrics do you use for measuring progress
6) (if they have worked with people who have had you issue) What is the general time frame for recovery you have seen for people with this?
7) How strongly do you advocate people to do outside therapy while under your care?
8.) What modalities do you utilize here? (dry needling, cupping, shockwave, etc)
