I am not in condition and the skin is still saggy on the left pec post surgery. However I do not now nor have I ever had a hard lump. I do have some fat fluid and inflammation and I am soft right now. I see no evidence of gyno when I am in condition

I'm telling you... get on GH if not already and start training before everything is wasted. Aggressive rehab or it will never look right.

I am just going to stick with My Dr advice no resistance for 12 weeks I will start rom stuff after 6. Just squeezing it gently for a minute this morning has caused soreness and tendon pain. I am in no rush

When bulking or soft on androgens with a high estrogen level yes I have some fat and fluid and softness in chest. However, when lean on anabolic with lower estro it's gone completely. I have never had a hard glandular lump. Regardless I have never had gyno surgery I still have both glands which can inflame but always clear up. I may get them removed someday if I get hard lumps or it doesnt clear when lean and anabolic. Currently I have loose skin still from surgery this is not the final form yet
