365 is close and at a 210lb bodyweight. I have done it twice once in army at 25 and then again in Maui after initial pec tear at 38. I pressed 325 after the 3rd tear at 45 and a 220lb bodyweight. No reason if repair is good that I can not get there again. I pressed 350 for a double in Maui again  decade after initial tear. I think that's pretty good. But yes if I am going to make good on my plans I will need to do better. That was entire point of surgery my presses should be improved once recovered I added a tendon back so I can do better. I am not done yet

I may need another shoulder clean up as well prior bone spurs and loose object and detached bicep tendon on left side not stable visible downsize in delt from arthritis preventing proper training but yes I am going to get everything repaired that I can. I want to go again push things further fuck old age

Agreed need to wait until it isnt heavy. Maybe I never get there but that is the direction I am heading. I didnt go through surgery to sit on the couch. I did it so I can train harder and lift more. I will start the greatest bulk of my life once recovered. The stomach and digestion issues have been gone for months.

 Guess I would have to get it fixed again avoiding another tear is why I got it fixed. It absolutely was going to tear again it was just a matter of time.  It should be good now though I have an Achilles tendon double wrapped holding it.

I am still on contact with Coop he liked my kids boxing stuff on facebook. I actually said I read every book, and the internet was just the same material reposted a thousand times. I do keep up on the studies. Endocrinology and anti-aging wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiith regenerative therapies is an avid interest. I am always looking for the latest studies and therapies I wish to walk for a long time.
