Good stuff, Swifty.

Are you hitting the legs too?

about once every three weeks weights wise, just rep out on leg press machine for a few sets and some calf raises, down a bit in size but still conditioned, dont need big legs now I wont be going onstage again.

I didnt train them at all for a few years in my 30s and still kept them, not the same at 60 but I dont care that much
Since I got the nerve damage and lost my left calf (still hasnt fully recovered) Im not concerned with legs anymore

Even more impressive would be doing 20 at age 65.

In other words, you have plenty of time to become a legend.

Good session today

lots of warm ups then
3 x 6 with 10k
2 x 4 with 15k
2 x 3 with 20k

5 min rest then hit my PB of 14 reps, should have gone for 15 but was getting a bit light headed

All full reps full hang between reps

Finished off with 3 x 60 second hangs

i hung from the bar today for a long time lol
I use that weight assisted chin up thing. When I started I had to put it on 180 lbs to do 6 chin ups. Now Im at 60 pounds assisted to do 10 so Im believe Im super close to being able to do a couple on my own

no chance I match joswift though, either in chins nor good looks  :-\

thats good going pal well done

Its confusing at times, some days I struggle doing 8  then another day I can hit 12

I feel better doing them after a workout when fully warmed up

Try and go for a max unassisted at the end of ypur session

Bar hangs are supposedly great for after your workout as well
