I understand the frustration but I’m actually shocked he didn’t manipulate the board himself and make it work better than expected? He could have easily done that in the same amount of time he spent complaining about it.

Im sure they are designed to cut out if they dont have any weight on the wheels in case they flip over and keep going and trap a kids hair or get a burn off it...
