Honestly after reviewing the schedule and my workout I got a worried that I pushed too hard, but I feel ready for more. I took yesterday off but I am heading to the gym to train everything again today. There is no more split I just train everything when I go to the gym at this point. My training is manic at this point. I want to lift 8 hours a day. I need to just take is slow.
