So logically speaking, if the US is not the best country, there must be other countries are better the the US based on his opinion. He then mentioned that South Africa and Thailand are better than I know, I pretty much know they not the best countries and not better than the US. and I have been in Thailand before. Gary won an NOC and 3rd at an Arnold, top 5 Olympia way before he even peaked, bro seriously... Sherman ain't got shit on Strydom

Gary won 5 IFBB pro shows , John never won any , he had a good physique but nothing exceptional

Bullshit Sherman could hang with the best in 93-98. That is the best period this sport ever had and would be only filling the bottom placings in most competitions he competed in.

I don't know all of his placings, but he impressed alot of people at the 94 NOC.

dude that pic is nuts,other than 1988 when he overdieted and was that lean but small,he looks crazy there.i think he looks as good as the wbf version in this pic,,harder.wbf he outmuscled everyone physically and check book he was highest paid and groomed as champ.still think haney/yates still had him 91/92 even with his improved back,his 260 was good but yates and co were big and hard as nails too.
