I stay between 18-2100 calories. Carbs usually around 50-100 the rest in protein and a little fat. Proteins and carbs are weighed but overall calories are tracked. Not because of necessity but because of habit. Been doing it this was for years.
Tried the carnivore for shits and giggles for about 2 months, of course I dropped weight but felt like shit, workouts sucked because it’s glycogen draining.
