His discipline is interesting because we had him bench pressing 2weeks post pec repair. When he needed to stay away from upper body training he couldn’t but today he hasn’t done anything in a month? That doesn’t seem right.

I think he goes into his gym every now and again and does maybe 10 minutes

He started a thread about people not training and then hardly ever posted any sessions he was doing apart from the odd sets of leg extensions

He ended up benching because we goaded him into doing it, his ego wont allow him to be slighted in any way

1) No one is mentioning the rickety ass chair of his? 

2) Once again he thinks the measure of looking good is vascularity in fucking forearms.  The forearms have predominately less fat receptors than other areas of the body.  Also, the vascularity has fuck-all to do with any sort of fitness measure.  (Remember Brian, you called me a 'slob' and I had just as much vascularity as you in my forearm)

3) I am starting to agree that there probably is a 'separation' at this point.  She is advancing in the legal system....and he got kicked out of law school.  Not a good look.  Imagine being a fly on the wall when he got the call/letter/email to end the law school saga.
