I understand the need for extrapolating lifts to estimate a 1RM.
But to truly squat 405 with hamstrings to calves, you need to be able to do 225X15 easy enough that you can carry on a conversation while performing the reps. I would hasten to say that you should be able to sit 315 in the hole without belt and wraps for a few seconds and come back out of it easily, numerous times per set and your back should be in a straight vertical line.
With that said, I want to be in the KISS Wood Hankins Army too if I can have a matching t-shirt and sexy little singlet outfit thingy. If the Army is not taking new members then I will settle for a “Taffin date” with the recently separated Ms. Urch-Hankins.
