Correct I also did 225 x 20 over a week ago easy as hell. I do not share every single set of training. I have no plans to stop at 405. I have crossed a tipping point. I am enjoying squatting. The legs are strong enough to train. I have the proper equipment. It's just going to get deeper and cleaner and heavier. You guys all said it was impossible. We are going over 405 on Xmas. Then you can all tell me how 500 is impossible and I should be doing pilates instead.

I understand the need for extrapolating lifts to estimate a 1RM.

But to truly squat 405 with hamstrings to calves, you need to be able to do 225X15 easy enough that you can carry on a conversation while performing the reps. I would hasten to say that you should be able to sit 315 in the hole without belt and wraps for a few seconds and come back out of it easily, numerous times per set and your back should be in a straight vertical line.

With that said, I want to be in the KISS Wood Hankins Army too if I can have a matching t-shirt and sexy little singlet outfit thingy. If the Army is not taking new members then I will settle for a “Taffin date” with the recently separated Ms. Urch-Hankins.

I appreciate your sentiment to turn the other cheek, if only it were to give him maybe a second chance; but he's had that chance and more IMO, especially after he allegedly tried to have Getbig shut down altogether.
