Vince, how tall are you? You think you'll be able to hang with the heavies? If you competed as a middleweight out of shape in 2004, you think you'll be a ripped heaviweight now?? Venom Vince.
It really depends. It doesn't appear that I'll be in the heavies and will end up in the light heavies. The middleweight division was a spot I never should have been in. When I weighed in I was at 190 pounds however because of falling asleep and forgetting to carb up, I ended up being 183 thus throwing me into that division. If I did everything right, I would have been close to general weight of 200 pounds if not above. Then when I tried to take some carbs to compensate about an hour before the show, it made things worse because there was no time for the glycogen to get into the muscles but left me pretty bloated. I could have simply dropped out and said I was injured but I've never walked out of a competition. I got on stage and took my medicine like a man. After the morning show, I went to Friday's and had a big steak and some potatoes to get jacked back up. The night show, I did look much better and I got the crowd pumped up when I did my routine at the night show.
I thought I was a complete dum-ass for the mistakes I made which I was but I did read in Arnold's Book of Modern Encyclopedia that another competitor did something similar to what I did. Look what happenned to Mike Morris at the Olympia or Ed Corney. Everyone who competes will fuck up one time or another at a show. Some will cluster-fuck up a show like I did. Point is I learned from my mistakes in 2004 and have moved on.
Rhino, I didn't call in questions to your credentials until I didn't get any info from the NABBA. Even with that being said, why were competing in the amateur NABBA events rather than the NABBA Pro-Universe?

You basically were still competing in amateur events and that's why I had to check and see, bro.
