tryin to get big

Recently during a set of hacks i got a migraine i believe from straining to hard. next day started hurting again but was able to finish workout. Next day was back and i couldnt even warm up b/c of the pain.

I went to the doc and they told me sense i had no other symptoms at all except headaches while working out i was fine.

Took a week off and was able to w/o this week with a little discomfort but nothing like before. Then yesterday tried to due squats and during a warm up, the migraine came back.

i have no idea whats wrong. i feel fine except when working out,

might wanna check your breathing to make sure youre breathing enough/correctly
also try drinking more water. should help if it's a headache cause by pressure

I had a situation like your, it usually had to do with stress at work. It had nothing do with the gym, donít get me wrong. It could be both the gym and your job. Over stressed mentally can do that, all I could say that will maybe help. That's T&A lol, just kidding. Relax bro; this is what a doctor would say. Take it easy for two to three days. Do some freaking yoga, I'm joking again.
