At my gym there was this girl scout, she trained harder than any one else there. She had great arm vascularity. Though there were these weird marks all along her veins. I don't know what that was all about.

out of ppl i see im one of top 5. a few train harder who have crapper genetics. tho i also train far smarter than most

theres really no way to tell who trains the hardest,just because one guy is screaming doing a set doesnt mean hes training harder then the guy lifting much less weight then him in the corner not making much noise at all

Chick demonstrated some pretty intense work outs on his show for bb.com.

Hard to imagine why he took 10 yrs to be a pro and needed the sponsor of the show to pull off his first pro win.

i remember when gaspari trained with haney and lee had to take breaks halfway through the workout to try to recuperate,but lee still kicked his butt on stage so its kind of irrelivent imo

I have no idea as i only worry about what im doing and what i am lifting.
