so r u aiming to get your fat lose?
if yes, u r losing your muscle as well now
just check it, which exercise do u lose reps, check for the muscle length
u must find it smaller now

another weaker reason would be carbs, if u r really taking less carbs than before
but I have to remind u
if u want to get the bodyfat away, it doesn't mean u'll have to lower your carbs take in very much
u should only lower your carbs takein just about what u need, or little bit lower than what u need
so, if u know the whole story, and r not taking like 500 cal per day
I have to tell u that lost of strength is inevitable
as u r really taking not enough carbs, the main source of ur energy
my experience is : don't take low carbs meal every day, non-stop
do it in intervals
when u feel u r losing strength, it's time to go back to "your normal diet" again
then u will see some lbs lost afterwards
it works for me, don't know if it works for u too
