how did you lose that left leg?   Pinch machine accident?  Looks like you're about to do the same to your right leg

And I thought "The Pinch Machine" was just another name for my ex-girlfriend.

Hey, Keith, congratulations on pinching 2 X 45 pound plates. Not many guys can do that. I can't. So like I said various grip feats are rather particular and some guys are good at some feats but not so good on others. No one is the best on all the feats, by the way. When I posted my record on the Gripboard they wanted to know what I could lift on those smooth Olympic plates. Well, I am not good at those. But give me a polished stainless steel surface and I do much better. So in a real sense your feat is more respected than mine. Nick McKinless who is up there with David Horne in grip feats of strength could manage only 52.5 Kg on the machine in the contest and, like you, has pinched 2 X 45 pound plates with one hand. I did 80Kg that day. I think training for other grip events interferes with pinch gripping. I was going to try to see if I could pinch 100kg one day but lost motivation because of the controversy about stainless steel. I guess humans tend to support what they are good at and not support what others are good at! :)

Vince, I have read your answer to my post . . . I understand the fabrication process is a nasty one. But, have you contacted Vince about his designs?

He looks more like Frankenstein than a bodybuilder. Huge, but thats it.

True, I rather look like Arnold circa August 1st 1971.
