thats the truth right there...like i said in the other post, nothing against those guys from the 60s and 70s but that type of physique wouldnt even win a quality npc show today.

toney i know you worked with author l rea in the past...did you work with anyone on your prep for the europa?

I'm sorry but for all your 10-12 hrs of sleep, 8+ meals a day and whatever else you do, you haven't equaled (or passed) this:

Sergio was one of a kind. He worked 10 hour butcher shifts and after that went in to train for hours non end. Few have that will power especially bodybuilders today.

Toney Freeman is the closest physique to ironage today.

common man...l like sergio also but u gotta keep it real...if sergio came with that physique today he would not do well...it is a different sport today.

you cannot compare toney and sergios physiques...toney would blow him away on legs, conditioning, and the level of musculartiy and detail...especially from the back.

now if sergio was competing today and had the same advantages of training methods, nutrition, and drugs....it would be a different story.

Well, the drugs take care of a lot of the nutrition issues. Much better nutrient partioning on the sauce.

so? lots didn't. wouldn't Arnold go eat a pie to himself 3 weeks out of a compition? when they were chilling out at the beach did you see tupperware containers of chicken,potatoes and broccoli?

I only report what I do. If I get 10-12 hrs of sleep I'm not saying I sleep that long. It's usually broken up between workouts. 2 naps and the 6-8 hrs at night. I also eat 8-10 meals cause that's what works for me. I do 2 cardios and 2 workouts because evidently that what CHAMPIONS do. I'm glad I finally figured that out so I am able to enjoy the fruits of my labor. If some of you want to have some of the same type of experiences in life you might want to listen to this old man...peace

By the way I'm not downing or minturizing what they did. I'M just defending US!! This is NOT A JOKE!! I wouldn't have this oppourtunity if it were not for those guys. I been doing this a long time but I have learned so much in the last 18mo. That it has and will continue take me farther than i ever thought possible...peace

What kind of drugs do you take. That is important if someone wants to look like you. More so than twice a day workouts and 8-12 hours of sleep.

It's so stupid that Chad Nicholls has clients who compete against eachother.

arnold's trainer was john balick and he did gay for pay also (there are nude photos of him circulateing)
