Regardless, what you're doing seems to be working for you, which is great. I'm happy that you're getting the results you want from your diet and training, and hope you see continued success. But because it works for you, doesn't mean that it is the one true way and nothing else works. You obviously saw results when you wanted to lose weight and went the contest diet route. And there are thousands and thousands of other people who have done something completely different than you have and gotten in great shape, because they were doing what worked for them. Finding what works for you doesn't make it the "one true way" in bodybuilding and everything else a lie; it is just one more path among many to that ideal physique that all of us seek.

Breakfast today was Skim Milk,Krispy Kreme and Oreos.

In 3 hours I will have Pizza.  Then Marinated Tuna. 

I haven`t figured out if I am going to have a Subway sandwhich or a Big Mac later.

I`ll figure it out.

I woke up a 1lb lighter.  I am at the leanest I have ever been.  Still continuing to lose.

I will be posting my daily diet and keep it running just to show you what can be done with ingenuity and genius.

I am going to make this shit easy for anyone to follow.

Last nights workout was great!  Did back.  Tons of energy, and am able to go heavy on all sets for lots of reps.

I also did a lot of sets like usual.

Stay tuned for more!!

Adonis, dont you think you'll get a better "WOW" factor if you hold your pics till competetion ?
How many times have we seen a BBs progress leading up to a show and leaves little for any surprise cause we already knew what they looked like..

I think it would be classic if you took pics of you dumping out all of the first place supplements (if you do win) and post pics here. First place gets more supplements than anyone could need, and they are all type of shit no one buys anyway..(thats why they are giving them out !) hahah

My theories are pulled from all theories.  A little bit of Adonis, Zane,Mentzer,Reeves,Grimek,Rheo Blair,Eugene Sandow,Vince Gironda.

They also come from Science,Biology,Nutrition,History and the Food Network. hahah..I use every piece of info that I can to some extent.  I am constantly reading and researching diets as well as their application as well as their relation to ease and how practical in todays society.

My theories continually are getting bigger and bigger as I take more and more notes down,experimenting on myself and others.  100 percent success rate is what I aim for and that is what I get.


I will now give you some words of wisdom from the great Bruce Lee.  This is the way I approach my methods:


 have not invented a "new style," composite, modified or otherwise that is set within distinct form as apart from "this" method or "that" method. On the contrary, I hope to free my followers from clinging to styles, patterns, or molds. Remember that Jeet Kune Do is merely a name used, a mirror in which to see "ourselves". . . Jeet Kune Do is not an organized institution that one can be a member of. Either you understand or you don't, and that is that.
There is no mystery about my style. My movements are simple, direct and non-classical. The extraordinary part of it lies in its simplicity. Every movement in Jeet Kune-Do is being so of itself. you might want to read a few od Dardens books cause it sounds like you're ripping him off, I'm not putting you down I'm just pointing this out.  You wrote about how protien consumption is cooked up by magazines as a way to sell large amounts of protien...this is almost word for word from one of dardens books.....

I'm not saying a word on wether I think your stuff will work or not...you do what you do and I'll do what I do..it's pointless to argure about this stuff especially since I don't have time to get the scientific proof that I would like to have to mount any kind of arguement at this time....lets just say if it works for you fantastic.

i spilt some ice cream between the stove and a cupboard a few days ago...figured id clean it up later or leave it for the cat or ants

i guess they couldnt get to it and i noticed it was still the same shape sitting hard on the floor...4 days later. this made me wonder what happens to it in my inners and how my arteries are movin that shit

I doubt very much as certain Ice creams contain Low to No Fat. If you know what you are doing, you can eat the Full Flavored as well.

For a beginner though choose the aforementioned.

I don't believe anything adonis says...sorry, I'd bet he's f'n with people, trying to screw with guys that are doing the MGB. Y'know someone who's doing fine eating like they are are going to read this and go "maybe this will work for me" and blow thier condition.  I'm not saying this is waht is happening but I wouldn't discount it either.
